Charities Trust will process a gift aid claim on your behalf if you are able to confirm the following statement : “I confirm that I am a UK taxpayer  and I understand that if I pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax in the current tax year than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all my donations it is my responsibility to pay the difference. I also confirm that the funds I am donating are my own and that I am not donating them on behalf of anyone else
